1. General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the boji platform and you (the user or member). By using boji's website, mobile services or any other service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

boji reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the website with the effective date noted. If you continue to use the platform after an update, this will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed in accordance with the applicable legal framework for their interpretation and enforcement. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

1.2 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all boji services, including: sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, live dealer games and any other services that may be launched in the future.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on boji, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account in your own name — not on behalf of someone else.
• One person may hold only one account.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

3. Age Limit and Identity Verification

4. Account Security

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on boji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We use trusted mobile banking methods to ensure safe and fast transactions.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be sent from your own account — not from a third-party account.
• All deposits are processed instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: generally within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method you used to deposit.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. No additional conversion fees apply at the time of transaction.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

boji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own rules. It is advised to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

boji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.
• If bonus rules are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once per person/household/address/device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
• boji reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time without notice.
• If evidence of any bonus abuse is found, the account may be terminated.

6.3 VIP Program

boji's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are available at each tier. Reaching higher tiers unlocks even more benefits.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on boji are conducted fairly. We work in partnership with world-class game providers, which ensures fair outcomes.

7.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined through certified random number generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, boji reserves the right to void that bet.

7.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game. Users must place bets within these limits. boji may change betting limits at any time.

7.3 Technical Errors

If any abnormal outcome occurs or incorrect payouts are made due to software or hardware errors, boji may void or correct those transactions. boji reserves the right to reclaim winnings obtained as a result of such errors.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on boji. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and applicable legal action:

• Using the boji platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or using coordinated betting strategies.
• Attempting hacking, software exploitation or other technical manipulation.
• Using false identity or information.
• Attempting to defraud or harm other users.
• Engaging in any activity that damages boji's reputation.
• Placing bets abnormally using automated bots or scripts.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

boji reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

9.1 Closure at boji's Initiative

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification is refused.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If the account has been inactive for a long time.
• If the user provides false information.

9.2 Closed at the User's Request

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact boji support. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

boji follows a separate inactivity policy for accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Administrative fees may apply to such accounts. Contact support for more details.

10. Responsible Gaming

boji is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe recreational play is a positive experience, but when it becomes a problem, seeking help is important.

• We offer the option to set gaming limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
